Refund policy

RETURNS

1. In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), if you purchased your Sodastream product through our website, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. This means:

  • You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason.
  • You will receive a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

2. If more than 7 days have passed, but you're still within 30 days of purchase, we offer:

  • An exchange for a product of similar value, if the original item is unused and in resalable condition.
  • This applies to items purchased directly from our website and excludes consumables (e.g., syrups, gas cylinders once used).

3. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return a product within 6 months if it:

  • Is defective or not of acceptable quality.
  • Does not perform as advertised or promised.
  • In such cases, you may choose a refund, replacement, or repair, at no cost to you

4. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that products are returned to us with your order number so that we are able to identify your return. We strongly suggest that you use a form of recorded delivery as proof of return. If we do not receive your order number, we will not be able to issue you with a refund.


5. If after placing your order and before we have dispatched your order you change your mind, please contact our customer service team on 0800 00 22 91 or email us at sodastreamdeliveries@pantryclub.co.za  and we will cancel your order.


6. Nothing in this clause 3 affects your statutory rights of return if the products are faulty or your product warranty.
