Frequently asked questions
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days (JHB & DBN: 1–3 days, CPT: 3–5 days). During peak or holiday periods, allow 5–7 business days. You'll receive a WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. During promotional periods, public holidays, peak trading periods, or for deliveries to remote and outlying areas, delivery may take 5–7 business
days.
You can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact. Contact us on 0800 00 22 91 or at customercare-sa@sodastream.com to initiate a return.
Gas refills are R180 per cylinder and operate on a door-to-door exchange basis. When your refill is delivered, you must hand over the same number of empty Sodastream cylinders. If you don't have an empty cylinder available at the time of delivery, the refill cannot be left. Cylinders remain the property of Sodastream at all times.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SnapScan. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
ou can cancel any time before your order is dispatched at no charge. Email customercare-sa@sodastream.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION FORM – [your order number]" and include your name, address, and the date you ordered.
